Shipping Information

All items are handmade to order, typically shipping out within 4-5 business days. Production times may be extended during peak times. Customized items and Gold pieces may take an additional 1-2 weeks. If you have a specific deadline for delivery, please send us a message letting us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please get in touch via info@studebakermetals.com.

Studebaker Metals is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info.

 For packages shipping within the United States: 

Domestic orders* have the option of free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (which may take longer to deliver) or upgrading to UPS 2-Day (which typically takes 2-business days after leaving our workshop) for a flat fee of $12. 

*Orders sent to PO Box addresses, Puerto Rico, and Military/Diplomatic Mail will be shipped via USPS. 

Eligible exchanged orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage.

You'll be emailed tracking details when any package ships out, regardless of service. 

For packages shipping Internationally: 

We offer free shipping on all International orders.  This covers the cost of transportation only.  Duties and Taxes owed on imports will be assessed and billed separately when your package arrives in the destination Country.  

International packages will ship via FedEx International Connect Plus, typically delivering in 3-5 days.  

Our pricing does not include any local tax or customs duties.  If duties or taxes are owed on the order, FedEx will bill the customer directly prior to arranging delivery.
